Estate homesites start at $825,000.

Home ownership requires a Legacy Membership providing access to the many sport and recreation, hunting and golf amenities including The Covey, the new 18-hole championship golf course. Legacy Members and their invited guests have access to overnight lodging, whitetail and exotic hunts and wingshooting at the published fees.
