The Camellia Grill offers locally and globally sourced ingredients used to create a blend of Louisiana and Texas inspired fare. Whether it is exotic game, wild caught seafood or a product of the ranch, every menu item is ultra-fresh. Our team of culinary experts are trained in numerous culinary techniques with a unique influence of regional favorites and world cuisines. 

Recognized by Wine Spectator™ as 2020 Best of Award of Excellence, the wine program is comprised of over 750 selections, focusing on small, family-owned wineries and top estates from the United States and around the world. The extensive wine list features half bottles, magnums, older vintages and vertical selections that are carefully selected and curated.

The newly added Wine Cellar and Private Wine Lockers are the most recent addition to the dining experience at Big Easy Ranch. Members can reserve private wine lockers and enroll in the Wine Locker Program offering generous discounts and special wine tasting events.

Big Easy Lodge offers a Craft Cocktail Program featuring classic cocktails using the freshest, house-made ingredients including tonic, bitters and barrel-aged cocktails. The extensive inventory of spirits includes more than 200 varieties of rare and unique selections of Scotch, Bourbon, Tequila and Gin. In addition, cigar enthusiasts will find many of the world’s finest cigars, properly held in our digitally-controlled humidor, along with a variety of imported and craft beers from Texas.

Big Easy Ranch has become widely known for its world class cuisine ranging from a-la-carte dining to special events. Members are treated to monthly wine dinners featuring multi-course custom menus and nearly impossible to find wines. The culinary team creates unique and memorable experiences, impressing even the most discerning tastes.
