The Big Easy Lodge is a 12,000 square foot Orvis TM endorsed lodge boasting soaring ceilings with dramatic wooden beams, stone fireplace, leather club chairs, big screen televisions, billiards and shuffleboard. With a rustic sophistication, The Lodge is the focal point for social gatherings, exceptional dining experiences or a personal retreat from the hustle of the city.

The culinary team includes highly regarded Executive Chef Daniel Bridges and Lodge Manager/Master Sommelier, Scott Benjamin. Whether dinner for two or a private dinner for 60, Big Easy Ranch proudly offers the culinary and wine experience that exceeds the expectations of even the most discriminating tastes.

Along with the luxurious indoor amenities, outdoor patios and a firepit offer the perfect gathering spots with magnificent views of the lakes and countryside. Needless to say, there is no shortage of places to gather, dine or celebrate at Big Easy Ranch.

The Camellia Grill

The Camellia Grill provides casual fine dining with a focus on Louisiana and Texas traditions. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menus are often modified to include the finest and freshest locally sourced ingredients. Featuring wild game and hard to find specialty items, custom menus are created for private events and all club-sponsored member events. 

Fleur De lis Conference Room

The Fleur de Lis Conference Room is ideal for business meetings up to 14 attendees offering an oversized conference table, comfortable executive seating and the latest video and conference technologies. In-room catering is available along with the option of dining in The Lodge or al fresco on one of the patios.

The veranda

The Veranda is a newly renovated meeting room boasting soaring ceilings with oversized lanterns, a magnificent stone fireplace and spectacular views of the great outdoors. With more than 1,000 square feet, The Veranda accommodates groups up to 40 for meetings and 60 for private dining events.
