The Golf Academy at Big Easy Ranch boasts two indoor teaching bays that open to the driving range for long range shots. Practice facilities include driving range, putting green and short game area, perfect for every age and level of golfer. Improvement programs are customized for each golfer using the latest in swing analysis technology including Trackman, GEARS, SwingCatalyst and MySwing.

Additional amenities include TrackMan Golf Simulator™, custom club fittings with the latest from Callaway, Titleist, Ping and PXG, a Fitness Center featuring top-of-the-line equipment and full service Pro Shop with logo apparel,  golf merchandise and Titleist rental clubs.

			CASEY RUSSELL Director of GOLF Casey Russell was born in Lafayette,  Louisiana and attended The University of Louisiana at Monroe. While in college, he qualified and competed in two U.S. Amateurs and the U.S. Public Links. Casey turned professional in 2010 and has qualified and competed in many prestigious events including the 2016 Valero Texas Open. In 2019, Casey competed in the PGA Championship at Bethpage Black in New York where he placed second in the PGA Championship long drive competition. Casey is excited to be a part of the Big Easy Ranch team to grow the overall golf program, play with members and help them improve their game.
			STEVE PATTON GOLF PROFESSIONAL Steve was born in Corpus Christi, Texas and raised in nearby Beeville. Steve graduated from the University of Alabama, where he played on the golf team. Steve is a 40 year Class A member of the PGA of America and has served as the Director of Golf at Old Orchard Golf Club in Richmond, Texas for fourteen years followed by ten years at Head Golf Professional at The Falls Golf Club.  Steve joined Big Easy Ranch upon its opening in 2016 and he has played an integral part helping members and their guests enjoy the game of golf.
			MATTHEW BOUNDY GOLF PROFESSIONAL Matt was born and raised in Sugar Land, Texas. He graduated from Sam Houston State University with a major in Business Administration and minor in management with a concentration in PGA Golf Management. He received his Class A membership in the PGA of America in 2019. During his time at Sam Houston State, he served internships at: Whispering Pines Golf Club in Texas, The Golf Club at Black Rock in Idaho, Bentwater Yacht and Country Club in Texas and The Honors Course in Tennessee. Matt and wife, Lauren, married in March 2020 and welcomed daughter, Avery, in May 2021.
